It was not fixed. Yahweh still doesn't have a 12/24 hour task.

- Yahweh's tasks work like this.
You do the seven 4 hour tasks labeled with Step 1 through Step 7 in order consecutively
each will only be available when it is time to do that job
Put Him on His tasks before using the Job Manager
Step 1: Realize He's Old 4 hr 260 cash 70 xp
Step 2: Join a Gym 4 hr 260 cash 70 xp
Step 3: Get on Instagram 4 hr 260 cash 70 xp
Step 4: Buy a Porsche 4 hr 260 cash 70 xp
Step 5: post Selfies 4 hr 260 cash 70 xp
Step 6: Go to a Rave 4 hr 260 cash 70 xp
Step 7: Keep the Party Going 4 hr 260 cash 70 xp
24 Hour job Unlocks
Step 8: Hire an Image Consultant Reward 24 hr 7 Donuts 225 xp
You must do them in this order with no other jobs done or it breaks the chain and you start over at step one
Start over at Step 1
He only has these jobs as his regular jobs so you will only see the 4 hour jobs and nothing else unless you have those buildings with jobs for most Springfielders, Chez Guevara etc

I think those tasks are locked because they were in the "Paramours of Christmas Past" (Act 3) and "Christmas Doesn't Suck Suck" (Act 4) questline from the 2018 Christmas event. So you had to have completed the PoCP and CDSS questlines during the event in order to unlock those tasks. It's something that EA does need to fix.

I'm not sure if everything got fixed 100%, I still have Marge’s and Homer's daily Christmas tasks in the characters task list- Father Sean and Santa Flanders were definitely fixed as I was able to do their quests in my C town.
