clownface tasks locked
Did you just buy him? You might have to complete the questline to get them. I have him on task at burn's summer mansion so can't check... However, I would suggest to keep him on task at the mansion...

I have him on task at burn's summer mansion so can't check... However, I would suggest to keep him on task at the mansion and put the quest on hold to keep up with the event.
