He's a bad guy so he won't stop felons, although he does seem to be kind of a loner judging from the dialogue thus far...he might just see them as competition!timberwuf wrote:

Yes, his quest continues in Issue 2, but no, I doubt he'll fight felons because he's a villain, not a superhero!
