Yes, once you acquire a prize or purchase premium content, it automatically awards it to your kiosk.
I bought Vegas wives yesterday before I knew how it worked and instantly got the kiosk, then was wondering how I would level up on it. Last night, I accumulated enough chips to get the Burns fountain which apparently put me over the edge on the kiosk, so I leveled up there too. You do earn craft items for leveling up on the kiosk, just FYI.
