Conductor Otto Quest Issues
Is anyone having trouble starting the conductor Otto quest. I only have one task for him and its not the one for the quest line?

It might be because you need both Conductor Otto and the Arctic Hypertrain since his questline (and most of his tasks) requires the train. It's in the Holiday 2020 Mystery Box.
