I'm sorry it did. Mine didn't come down, probably I have enough KMarts. I think I may have 5; two together as one.

It drops with every level update. Every new level, the points you need to maintain the rating increase. But since there's no new stores, there's only one solution.. Build more KEM's .. or Ferris Wheels :)
