Do you only have two(or one) Kwik E Marts? The Squidport buildings aren't enough to bring it to 5 stars. Planet Hype and the Ferris Wheel won't help it. If you want 5 stars, you'll need more KEMs. Personally, I refuse to have multiples of things I don't want just for a small bonus % bump or 5 stars. Hopefully the next update adds something that will fix it without overloading on KEMs(All Night Gym perhaps?)

Yep iam the same. 4.5, ill get another kem I think. It's ok if you space em out like 7-11s it's cool I guess.

Planet Hype contributes to Gluttony. I dont think the Ferris Wheel matters either, I have 2(only 1 out now). But when I had 2 out, I didn't get to 5 stars and I bought a 3rd KEM, and still nothing. I ended up selling it, but if you want to add more to get the rating, you can hide them behind buildings pretty easily. The Springfield Sign or Sprawl-Mart work well.

It doesn't seem to. I have 4(2 normally out and 2 in storage). I just tucked all 4 away, and it didnt drop my consumerism below 5 stars. Then I put a Ferris Wheel in storage, and went back down to 4.5. Then added all 4 popcorn stands back and it didnt go back up to 5. I'm guessing no, but still not 100%. Maybe they contribute a small number of points. I always thought gluttony but never bothered to check, cause I never go for 5 stars. I was just happy with the 0.25% bonus

I think the buildings will eventually catch up to the rating. Even though the amount of points needed to get 5 stars goes up every level, I think they'll rectify this with the next couple updates so people don't have to litter their town with multiples just to get the stars. I always had 5 stars before Level 30 came out and I've never had more than 2 KEMs other than just buying an extra to test it. That makes me think it will be easier to obtain come level 31 or one or the updates after.

Nah, the site I got that from said that the Ferris Wheel and the Popcorn Stand had the same amount of points, so it must have been a mistake, it must just be gluttony. Good to know for sure. :)
