Craftables done

Thanks to the wonderful information @LPNintendoITA puts out, I've been saving my sky credits... As you may have noticed, a 21st level has been added to the crafting at the rewards centre, I assume it is to allow for the crafting of the coloured buildings (I forget what they're called right now) that will be unlocked as the first prize of act 3... at 500 credits a time and I think it was 10 buildings, that's 5000 needed if you want all of those...
