Yes, I can.

I have a Google account, but not to familiar with sharing files on that.
I do however have a dropbox account which should be able to make a download link for the file.


Give me some time to update the file a bit and I'll post the link here.

The file is displayed on it's content rather then an immediate download. The downloadbutton is located in the top-right-corner. I tested it and it works.

Once downloaded and opened, the file shows sheet 'explanation' for some pointers on what is what (everything is color co-ordinated). Should be self-explanatory from there, but if there are questions please ask them. :)
