Crafting menu is glitched and incorrect...

You don't have to have them drink first if Kang was free he would of have triggered I was able to craft them before sending Kang and Kodos on the task

Based on the pattern in these images and my own game, it looks like the tribal hut is using your current corn count for the fences and your chocolate count for both the corn and chocolate.

I don't know which materials it actually deducts when you build one because I wasn't tracking it when I crafted my first and I don't currently have enough chocolate for a second.

If anyone has enough to craft one (and actually wants to craft one), you could write down how much you have of all your materials before and after crafting it and calculate how many of each material it's actually costing.

Ok. I sent Kang on the first part of the main halloween quest before I crafted the queen. That's where I goofed then.

I don't have only the pumpkin, but I'm not interested in it.. we will see if something new will appear before the end of the event, or I will buy something the very last day.. (btw, I already have the pumpkin house)

I can't do the math cuz my brain will explode, but here's a list of what numbers I had yesterday afternoon. It was not my final count, so is not exact ...
Fences 374
Eggs 709
Candy corn 752
Gummy bears 933
Chocolate 187
Pumpkins 265

THESE WERE FROM YESTERDAY AFTERNOON. I HAD MORE BY THIS MORNING ... ABOUT 16 bronze bags hoarded, I think, plus trick or treater's.

After writing down the numbers, the only items I purchased were the queen (after which I had an exact total of 24 fences.). So obviously my end count of fences just buying her was 424.

As you see below, the hut took the candy corns away, and shows that I have as many fences as I now have in my candy corn stash. The other items show the count of fences accurately, which is 24. Where on earth the "60" comes from in the huts count of my candy corn is a mystery.

I am utterly confused but am now the owner of TWO almost-free-fencewise huts. And I ain't complaining.

Ok, so I ended up getting 2 more candy bars and was able to craft.

Fences were not subtracted at all. So despite having 79 (but it saying I had 300/300), they did not deplete at all. Candy corn and and candy bars DID deplete (so instead of 802 candy corn I now have 502) and chocolate bars also depleted from 50 to 0.

Now it saying I still have enough fences (even tho I only have 88 now) and it says I have 3/55 candy corn (I have 512) and it says I have 3/55 candy bars but it's not red.

So yeah, it seems that candy corn and candy bars are switched and fences is just... bonkers. lol.

So I decided to take a chance and store the library (along with Martin, Lisa and Kang), to free Kang so I could build the hut. It worked. And yes my crafting menu is all messed up. I shouldn't have had enough fences to build one hut but I was able to craft 2. Since I no longer needed to save my chocolate bars (huts cost 50 and 55 chocolate, down from the 300 listed as needed in the various guides) I crafted the grand pumkin as well. Will have to wait for milhouse to finish his trick or treating before I see if I'm going to be able to craft the pumkin house. I should have all the materials to craft it but since the menu isn't right who knows. Now I'm basically free to craft as many extra spooky houses, spooky wall, bushes and huts as possible.

Assuming you also opened a few bags (to account for the other miscellaneous changes), it looks like the tribal hut's base cost is 300 corn and 50 chocolate instead of 300 fences, 50 corn, and 50 chocolate.

The base cost is the cost for the first one. The second one adds 10%, though I'm not sure how it grows after that (is it always another +10% of the base, or is it +10% of the last one you crafted?).

It is another +10% of the base. I built three huts and need 390 fences (corn) to build it +65 of whatever other items needed.
