Crazy cat lady can't practice
It isn't a glitch, I think it is because you need to unlock her as part of the daily tasks. Fit Milhouse says the same, and I guess Lugash as well.

- usually the task is just locked. Last few times we've had nulls, there was something wrong with task.
- Neo helped figure it out, they need skins to practice
- Seeing as she is a daily prize winner, I imagine she can't be used until she is unlocked. Same for other characters.
- I had fit Milhouse already and he is on a job earning tickets now, there is also a 16 hour at KBBL for Tickets.

Gorgeous Grandpa has a task too (12 hour).
Apu has 2 tasks, a 24 hour one and a 4 hour one.- Glad im not the only one

I had the fit milhouse skin from the tie in he is earning currency
