Creatures Mystery Box
I had one item left in the Creatures Mystery Box and it disappeared. Has anyone else experienced this? I think it was because I had part of the item?

When they (customer support) access my Springfield from their end, they see file instability of some kind that prevents them from adding Mayan Homer for me or tinkering in other ways with my account, or so I've been told by the more knowledgeable rung of employees. So the only way I'll ever get Mayan Homer is if he appears as an individual item, non-bundled, in the store for everyone. If each Mayan character was added as a permanent separate thing in the big cheap grab bag of donut items from the past, that'd be great for me. Doing this would trap more people into having half of the mayans they need for the visual tasks, but it would also provide what those people need to then complete the full set of Mayans and thus dig themselves out of the problem.
So then that begs the question: why hasn't he been offered as a stand-alone character, if that's the solution? I don't care if I have to pay donuts for him (just don't make it something outrageous). I'm happy to accept the blame for not being more attentive when I bought the bundle in the first place.
Just gimme my Mayan!
