We have a week, so that is 56 total - easily clears the 30 required.
I've set Bart and the other kid on jobs to produce skeletons. And I've set them in a separate brown house like others have suggested. Last I clicked, no skeletons. So yes impossible to complete
I know it sucks on the other collections - but try just sending the skeleton people out.
