I didn't realize it was unique. I had planned on building multiple to have a neighborhood in Cypress creek. Now I am not sure how I am going to handle it.

Would have loved to be able to get a few of the houses as a single one just isn't enough to create a neighbourhood, guess I'm going to have to have a play with what properties we already have to see if anything will look good with it, maybe the fancy brown house will fit in.

Yes. 20h for a few. Guess it'll always be ready for me in the morning.

All of them are 16 18 20 hrs. Wonder why?

Since it's unique you could use the one as a model and use the Cypress Creek sign, and make it like a coming soon, planned community. Clear an area with dirt and some fence. Hmmm. Maybe I'll get it. You could put that drill thing out in the dirt.
