Don't have a stopwhatch icon. Do you have to do some quests to get that?
I have 4 icons. Cup, flag, baseball glove and score board. Cannot scroll.
Maybe you need the Obstacle tires or something?

I don't know what quest start is, sorry. But it should be early in the questline. I had it yesterday sometime. I don't remember there being a prompt for it, I was breezing though it pretty fast with excitement. As you move through the event just keep an eye out for the stopwatch. I just noticed it also appears in the top right corner of you screen as well.
