this is what i did... blew up the entire area my power plant was in previously. thankfully, it prompted me to revamp one of my oldest parts of town, something i had been wanting to do for a while now. love how it turned out, and am really enjoying designing my outlands as well, with the damaged power plant to complete the look.
normally don't like the idea of paying donuts for any kind of skins, but i'd been waiting for this one since lpn listed it on the wiki. yeah, no payout or bonus or whatever, but you can't beat an injection of inspiration like that.
I've never really been happy with the location of the power plant in my Springfield anyway so it's actually inspiring me to make it fit into a area better.
