I just tried to visit your Springfield and my device crashed as well and I tried to visit maybe 3 times. I seen your Krustyland on TSTO Addicts and thought it was great so I look forward to seeing you're Springfield.

you: The problem is none of my neighbours can visit my town for the past 3 days, they say everytime they try to access my springfield their game crashes, they are able to visit my krustyland but not my springfield

you So I was told last night this issue was being passed to tier 2 tech team and they would contact me by email but I haven't heard anything and there was nothing new on the case page address I was given

youIf you mean trouble shooting like deleting and redownloading the app etc then yes i've done that, but not sure how that would help the issue with my friends visiting me if my game is working...

youNo they said it gets to the splash page with the donut spinning, the donut gets stuck and their game closes

youIt's not just one person it's all my neighbours I must have recieved 10-15 messages regarding it on the forum

Ok now i'm losing my rag,

I told them I hadn't had the Gil update either so they told me delete the app and reinstall it and now my game crashes when I try to load my Springfield too, so now not only can my neighbors not visit me I have now lost control of playing too, and EA just said someone will get back to me, no one got back to me yesterday so I'm not confident someone will this time as they can't find any problems with my game...

Can any of the more technical players or mod's shed some light on my choices are here...

Ugh I'm getting frustrated FOR you! They're frigging useless! :evil: Really hope this gets fixed. If not maybe (and I know this sounds horrible...) try nuking your town and starting again but using less decorations.

I'm 90% sure I've heard of someone on here (may have been the off-topic section) who did that and it worked. If anyone can confirm this please do lol, I don't want to give really useless information out! :oops:

LMAO I would have been furious by this point. So sorry this is happening to you.

I just don't get it I hadn't added anymore to it and it was working fine until 2 days ago, I can't nuke my town now anyway cos EA told me to delete my game and reinstall it because I wasn't getting the Gil update and now I can't get on there either EA broke my SF lol!
