i'm at the same spot. the only thing i can figure is that i'll have to wait for more coins and try to win more lights on the wheel.. i just won Flanders' house lights. that's the only one i have.

The lights are very easy to get with the wheel, they are one of the most common prizes. So it might take a few days but it'll get done
