Think about this. If someone gave you a car today - no investment, no cost, no trade - and you drove it for a month until the engine blew up, would you have a right to complain to the company that made the car? Sure you would. I think Freemium players have just as much right to bring up problems as anyone else who downloads TSTO. And who knows - maybe some of their complaints have actually helped improve the game!
