Don't forget, this is advertised as a free game with in-app purchases available. So anything that is meant to be free should work as advertised and anyone using the app has a right to complain when it doesn't and even make (respectful) suggestions on how to improve. The fact that you pay (or don't pay) for premium items does not make you more (or less) qualified to judge.
