Devil donut stand
I have several: by the stadium, by the coliseum, in my town square, by the open air stage... and some in inventory. I'll probably get a few more for my inventory for later use.

You did nothing wrong you just need to be promoted that's all :) be active on the forum and around 22nd of each month the auto system "may" select you and promote you so you can post pics, have an avatar etc etc
