Without a doubt!! Seems like a no brainer. I can't believe they would not have included any tasks at King Toots. So is Otto still the only character with a permanent task at King Toots? But since he has one, and he was one of the original characters in the game, I believe, then why wouldn't some other premium characters. Mr. Largo needs to have one added.
