The splash screen usually illustrates newly offered features. In this latest, we see Wiggum AND SKYFINGER betting on a wheel. I don't recall seeing this in the event. Do you think they planned a prize...

I don't believe any of the characters have any wheels as a visible task but when you tap the Royal Tower it says "Storing Dangerous Spinning Wheels" so that's probably where the wheels are for this event.

Unless its really well hidden, I don't see the Matt Groening signature on the splash screen. Also on some splash screens, Advisor Frink appears behind Homer by the wheel and others he doesn't so it might be on that one.
