Did you Rush Brandine or Store her to finish the Saint Patrick's Day quest

I kinda got "lucky" on this issue. Another website recommended planting Corn just before Valentines because on the previous Valentines events whatever was growing at the farm got automatically rushed. Well, that didn't happen, so I decided to just let it grow. That meant I had to wait for Brandine to progress through her quest line, but it meant she was free for Saint Patricks.

I'm still waiting for that delicious Corn on the cob...
