Didn't Get the Graveyard
Contact EA. They'll tell you to restart your device, re-install your game, etc., but they should be able to give you the prize since they'll be able to tell that you've earned it.

How do i request a call back? The link above takes me to a website where I post my question and then the options are Live Chat or Email. I've tried the Live Chat multiple times and have left the dialog box open for hours with no response.
