Didn't Get the Graveyard
Contact EA. They'll tell you to restart your device, re-install your game, etc., but they should be able to give you the prize since they'll be able to tell that you've earned it.

Call back is only available is certain countries. Canada and US are among the list. If it isn't showing up for you, it might not be available for your country.
Also today is a holiday in Canada - but don't think they have Canadian call centres...
