Disappointed in the Sungazer Studios
I was REALLY hoping it could go on the beach in SH . Bummer. However, I do look forward to putting my Pop Stage there. It'll have a real MTV Beach House feel to it.

You can put it on boardwalk, mine looks like this, but the rockery area is a pain, would have been great to put it closer to the beach.
The fact it goes on the boardwalk (and the fancy boardwalk too?) but not the beach is stunning.
