Do I risk anything uninstalling and reinstalling TSTO app?
Android or iOS? edit- others have also been getting disconnected so I wouldn't really worry about it. I get booted about twice each time I play (for about 15 minutes at a time)

Since your game is stored on origin you shouldn't lose anything. However never say never but I'm 99% you won't.
