Do you collect from "payables"?
Those are all premium payout items, so of course I collect from them as soon as I'm able. Sometimes they've already been tapped by a neighbor, sometimes not, but I always connect from them.

When I have issues with their SF, I visit their KL. I dropped them if they have nothing to tap, and did not visited more than three days.
