- I still play every day, and generally remove friends who fail to keep unhandshaked properties to tap after a few days.

Bear in mind though that a lot of people can't even access their game at the moment :-/
I would love to go in and clear all the handshakes, and I was still really enjoying the game (despite the ludicrous Easter event) and playing several times a day but it's now been 6 days and I still can't get into my game.
I had some really interesting neighbour towns but I fully expect to have been deleted by a lot of them by now - I usually play twice a day unless there's an event going on. Then I play more. I still visit all my neighbors everyday too. I was in the middle of a complete redesign when Easter started so that got put on hold as I was too busy tapping bunnies. Hopefully they fix the lag issue so I can get back to it. My town is a complete mess at the moment.
- I'm still playing as normal. Although, I've restarted putting characters on tasks since the bunnies disappeared.
It's just something I do whilst the television is playing adverts. - I have all the main land and all the water, so as im ok for money, I only click on hand shakes so my neighbours can find things to tap....I hope lol
- I pretty much just go in to get rid of handshakes to help neighbors. There's just too much lag to even try to visit neighbors to get more FP's for the next prize, but I'll still receive it eventually so no rush. If they ever fix the horrible lag, I'll at least start visiting friends daily for the FP's.
I agree with the player who said Easter killed it for him. Me too. I looked back after the event ended and said "Furiously tapping for nearly a month for... two mediocre buildings and a bunch of junk I've put in storage? No thanks, I'm done."
If they improve the game in the future, I might get back into it. Who knows. - During events ill try and hop on once an hour or whenever I have a few minutes free. Non-events about twice a day maybe 3 times if I take a lunch hour and have time to kill.
This is why I think they should make an event type thing more permanent. Not sure what but something similar to tapping bunnies that after so many result in a donut. Like say 5000 per donut.. Sure its a lot to tap, but its some bit of incentive to work towards.
Or another thought I had was charge like 10 million in game cash for a donut. It gives some of the people with large amounts of money something to spend it on (encourages more visits to clear $$) while giving away very little. One donut every 10M isn't going to put a big dent in EA's pocket but it would give us, the user, a reason to visit and tap everyday once you've reached the point of being able to have tons of spare cash. - jettsmom9811 years agoNew SpectatorI still play daily, visit neighbors daily, but send everyone on 24 hour tasks. Nothing exciting going on with the game, so only check in once or twice.
- Too frustrating to play every day. The lag is HORRIBLE and the crashing is just as bad. It's more of a PITA than it is fun to play.
- seems most people who don't play it anymore is because of the easter event and lag.. hopefully EA takes notice of that and doesn't do a event like that again
one thing i want for the game is more aspirational buildings to spend money on.. got at least 5 million atm even after buying a lot of land and all the other aspirational buildings
