Google Play Promotional Pack

Bought the larger promotional point bundle and still haven't had it show up in the inbox been over an hour.

Will I get anywhere asking CG for help or should I just cut to the chase and go right to Google?

    Have you tried closing out the game and reopening it? That usually works for me
