Do you still visit friend's towns?

nope. deleted every single friends I had and not planning to add anyone until EA manages to fix their * constant crashing * game. Also not spending a dime on it until they do.Soooooooooooooooo sick and tired of having my game crash on me 3 times while assigning tasks to my characters simply to come back and see a few handshakes or mops on buildings.

This seems to relate to recent threads dealing with the notion of what constitutes a good neighbor. I wish that there were a better way to determine which of my friends is visiting my Springfield and which are not. The app is supposed to supply push notifications letting the user know when someone has visited, but I find that this feature seldom works correctly. To more directly address your point, nsusaint, I would really prefer it if neighbors like yourself who aren't visiting would delete me as a friend. They certainly aren't going to hurt my feelings by doing so. And deleting me provides the opportunity to replace them with someone who at least has the potential to be a better neighbor.

Sorry to hear that QC. I'll miss visiting your town. It's a good one. I think you were perhaps the first person on this forum that I friended; that was back in September, if I recall correctly. Please send me an invite if and when the game becomes stable enough to allow you to think about adding folks again.

I visit almost everyday. (omg, I have no idea why I typed that sentence with Ralph's voice saying that in my mind. :shock: )

Since the new update this feature doesn't work anymore for me.

So is that true for everyone? It used to be the case that I would *occasionally* get a notification that so-and-so had visited my town. Some time recently my tiny primate brain suddenly latched onto the fact that I was no longer seeing *any* visit notifications. Did this feature go away entirely with the last update?

Holy cow! Are you looking for a way to delete friends? If so, check out this thread. The last post in the thread provides a download link for the Origin PC client which should allow for the deletion of friends.

Well I still visit religiously every day, but even though my notifications are on, I haven't had any notification that any friend has visited any more. But my Springfield has the double hand sign above buildings and the mop still present.
I used to get some notifications that some friend did visit, but zero notification now.
Yet when certain characters have finished their tasks I get the notification.
