Do you still visit friend's towns?
From what I heard the Xp is stored and carried over when the next level is released, so I still visit everyday.

Holy cow! Are you looking for a way to delete friends? If so, check out this thread. The last post in the thread provides a download link for the Origin PC client which should allow for the deletion of friends.
