I wouldn't call it a major[ holiday. It's just a government holiday where some people get off work and there's a parade here and there. I'd say it's more of an intermediate holiday, somewhere between 4th of July and Flag Day.

Well, it is nice to remember the victims, but it is not a major holiday...
