Just got the update June 15 2022 for Dog Days, Has anyone had the problem: when I tap on "The Store" icon to buy donuts or spend on new and older items, I tapped on "Dog Days" and there are several items to spend for donuts. When I tap on "Go To" for McGriff the Crime Dog and tap "i" in the blue circle next to him (information) it says 132 Donuts + McGriff the Crime Dog, All seems good, up to that point but tapping on "Go To" does not lead to that option to make that purchase ! It (it only shows the 6 typical donut purchase options (no character), plus cash and XP Multiplier for donut purchases.

There is no option to buy 132 donuts shown on my screen either.

They're missing out on real money with this glitch so I'm sure fixing it is actually a real priority this time.

I have tried as well but with no success. I have already reached out to them. Even worse the option to even buy 132 donuts has been removed completely! Is that happening to anyone else. Is anyone else able to buy 132 donuts?

I have the same issue. No McGriff available for purchase. Only Donats or EP Multiplicator.

If they have enough customers with the same issue and the issue can be technically addressed with a patch, or an in-game workaround is possible so they can provide a better gaming experience.
