Donut Glitch...Again
Thats not so much a glitch than a failure. I have no help to offer really...maybe avoid spending money on the game.

- OP- Sorry to hear about that. I would definitely contact EA. There should be a record of the purchase and they should be able to give you the ticket back. (maybe even give you some free donuts for your troubles)
You'll have to go to www.ea.com and click on help then open up a ticket. It may take a few days but I see no reason as to why they can't resolve it for you! mattawesome2 wrote:

Sorry this happened.
Like jukan said, if you want your ticket and a couple of extra donuts, contact EA and wait it out.
If you want your money back, contact the Appstore or Google Play. Refund should be quick and painless.
