Lost donuts
After finished my last tasks in THE END chapter my game crashes and when I logged in all my almost 4000 donuts were lost.

Same thing happened to me. I finished the quest, got the 1200 donuts, did a few other quests, then it kicked me out. When I got back in, those nice bonus donuts were gone. Very frustrating.
I have the screenshot of the free 1200 donuts and the exact same thing happened to me.
I have the same issue. I contacted EA support and was assured that their programmers were working on the problem but I was not given a time frame for resolution.
I contacted them through the chat. They recognized this was an issue for everyone and will be fixing in the next couple of hours. So expect the 1200 donuts soon!
Im desperate because of this, you cant even buy more donuts with the game’s money, glad it didnt happen only to me
Similar thing happened here, my game crashed and I lost like 1100 donuts rewarded for X amount of years playing.
I had the same exact thing happen as millagorilla. I lost over 1300 donuts. I was buying one of the buildings when it happened. I didn’t get the building and lost the donuts. I looked in the store and the building is gone. It’s not in my inventory and I lost the donuts. Does anyone know how to get them back??
Same issue, got the donuts for already having donut producing buildings that i already had, except for CostMo, God and Donut Mech.
But disappeared after crash
I've got those for playing 11+ years back (1200) but thats all.

I got donuts back but only those who I got for playing all years. Previously earned and bought ones are still lost.

When I started playing besides the constant crashing I notice you can use in-game cash to buy donuts? Was this a glitch
That was one of the changes made on purpose.
