There is absolutely no way that EA would set anything to produce 12 doughnuts every 24 hours. That would completely undercut their own market.
I've been saying that Lard Lad should produce a doughnuts for a long time here on the board. It would be the perfect avenue as it is already a premium item.
It could be like the weekly play mystery box; if you have Lard Lad and play everyday, it would produce 1-2 doughnuts a week. That way, its a small bonus to regular players that would probably encourage people to buy doughnuts.
