Lurleen. Stacey is already pricey, and you will probably feel the need to buy her accessories (which are also pricey).

I THINK that if you buy Lurleen, you need to buy her BBQ pit to get her quest started. Its $100,000 ... Its a great visual 24-hour task, IMHO, as is her 12-hour one playing the guitar ... Her other permanent tasks are, I believe, indoors. :)
