Double rocket launch pads

Can you store both launch pads and retrieve them from your inventory?

First set Homer to take out the fire at the rocket.

Then once he's at the task, store it and visit a friend.

When you come back to your town go to the store (Event portion of it) and you'll see a free rocket pad.

Place the pad, then go back to your inventory and pull out the pad you stored with the rocket on it.

Now you have 2 pads. :wink:

It was different for me.. There was the rocket on fire, I stored it, closed the app, reopened the app, two SEPARATED AND DIFFERENT pads in the inventory.. :)

even different for me: i stored the rocket while it was in space, went to the store and got a new one^^

So you have 2 with rockets?

nope just one rocket but two pads^^

these where just different ways to obtain the second pad^^ have the others got a second rocket an i was brainlagging?

This is a pretty neat glitch. It worked for me also.

Sounds like the "key factor" is not having the completed rocket out on show.

As it's essential for the mini-update, the game probably doesn't even think to check storage for double-ups.
The original pad was just a deco, but the "finished" one becomes like a building (with a payout timer, etc.).
If it can't find the original one (and the finished pad is in storage), it probably allows you to buy one again to start the questline (which you've already done).

When launching your rocket and it fails I just store it bring it back out and relaunch do this till it launches into space. while doing thia thats when I ened up with 2 pads. Still one rocket though.
