Drop rate for crafting items?
I think they said it's 10% for lockpicks, which is pretty close to what you've got. Criminals spawn quickly and are all over the place. You should have no problem getting them.

I'm one of those horrible people who spent a few donuts to speed things up. I've been able to craft items for almost two days now. The only thing I have been able to craft is the Botanical Gardens. In (nearly) two days I only have 31 lock picks, 7 capes, 4 handcuffs and 48 phones. It is going to take a while to be able to craft anything except the phone booth.
