So as for device, I am using an IPhone 5S and have not completed the latest software update yet. Haven't had time honestly. I'll see if that makes any difference tonight.
iPhone 4/5 (I'm not entirely sure which!) for my second Springfield-that's 100% been below 1 criminal every 5 minutes since the very beginning. On my iPad Mini, it's only been since issue 3 began. Before that I'm 100% that it was 1 every 5 minutes because I'd count every time, and it always added up correctly.
