Duff gardens

Send just enough people to finish a cycle and the taskbook icon goes away. The floating head over Duff Gardens doesn't, but I've gotten used to it, like the Dog Track I never play.

I tried eliminating the floating head by keeping the task semi completed. I was hoping that in time, the task icon would move to the box that holds long term tasks. But unfortunately the 10 chars that can work at the DG now have that task in yellow. So this is not a solution. Looks like I'll be getting used to ignoring another floating thing. (Yuk)

One word-storage. Icon goes bye bye. Case closed! :D

Maybe I am alone in this, but I enjoy sending some characters to Duff Gardens to get those endless gnomes, beer aquariums and pyramds. After all I waited 3 years to have Duff Gardens, now is one of my favorite amusement parks!.

I'm done collecting the extra gifts, but Duff Gardens is one of my favorite new designs. A little floating head isn't going to stop me.

Did something change? You used to be able to get rid of the floating head once you used it the exact number of times (I think it was 5). If you sent someone again it would start over until you hit the number again. I had it out for a long time without the icon before I stored it about a year ago.

Nope, the floating icon looks like it's there to stay. I don't know how much it bothers me. I've learned to live with the dog track, playdough factory, kwik-e mart, moonbounce, insanity cauldron, open air stage, Sideshow You etc... I guess I'll put up with this one too.

You're going to have ~10 ppl who won't reassign with the UE office because they've got Visit Duff Gardens as their priority task in gold. This became unacceptable after the second time i had to reassign them all manually.

I had to assign them like 6 times before i got the final message that i can send people to duff gardens for duff items and no characters have the yellow in their task list. Maybe you still need to do it a few more times? i think i got 4 or 6 gnomes before it completed the task.

the floating head is hardly noticeable in the grand scheme of things. this area is developing nicely!
