EA is a disgrace. Never seen such blatant disregard for coustomer service. EVER.

man it's stuff like this that makes me want to not just stop playing, but take these guys DOWN. If they can't give the most basic customer service, they don't deserve to be selling games.

Anyone who has lost money can easily contact Apple support through iTunes and it will get resolved very fast. As for lost Springfields, I'd really like to know how these sort of things are happening. What's causing it. Because I have been playing since day 1 (march 1st) and never once have I encountered any of these problems. I originally started playing on my iPhone 3G & have since as of September been playing on iPad 3
