So if i was you I'd list every single thing you have because you may not get it back if you don't tell them about it, plus it takes a few weeks.
I'm sure when it happened to her, you just laughed and asked why she bought her expensive donuts in the first place. And how she shouldn't play Tapped Out because EA is the worst company in the world.
