The phone interface needs improving and ASAP!

Due to some unfortunate game glitches and some of my own personal health 'glitches' I've spent the last few days learning how to make custom icons on my phone. I've seen them floating around on my Pinterest for a while now and I've always marvelled at how pretty some of them were. Then I thought 'hey, I wonder if I could use the icons from the Sims 4 to represent my apps?"
Anyway, here are the results of my experimentation:
They're not the most inspired looking with just the plain black background but it was my first time ever doing something like this. It's stupidly easy to do as well if anybody is interested in that. It's just incredibly time consuming... but I was bored and I can't find the motivation to play my game atm!
This whole experience has me wanting something similar in the game. The phone interface needs some serious UI updates! Please, EA!
I know some other things are more of a priority right now (cars, babies, Sims with personalities) but I think this would make a really cool, fun little update for the team to do for us!
EDIT: I'm probably not going to keep them when I get a new phone and I'll make some generic, minimalistic looking ones when the time comes but if anyone is interested in the icons send me a private message stating which ones you'd like and I'd be thrilled to send them to you!
