I still haven't gotten to the point where I can send feds, either. You mean the favor of coming into your town, not needing to move the screen even one pixel, tapping on the fed button three times and hitting the next arrow to go to another neighbor? You DO know that the feds aren't something we need to earn or win, right? There's a Neverending Supply of them. Every town. Three feds just sitting on that button. This is frighteningly easy and I cannot figure out why we would NOT tap the Feds. I think the only neighbors that won't do it after they reach that point in the questline are those who don't know they get the same number of boxes this way.
PLUS, we can send feds to every friend, all the way down the alphabet. It was harder when we had a finite number of gremaliens to drop. By the time we got to the end of our neighbors we had often run out. This event is neat. :)
