hum... I think it is still do-able for freemium, at least for me.
I understand that a lots of tappers here have a busy life and cannot keep tapping throughout the day, so am I, but I was able to complete Act one without spending any donut (except for rockstar Maggie which earns 66 event currency every 4 hours) considering that I missed out the first day of the event (because of different time zone) and had three days out of country which I could only tap at the morning and evening when I had wifi at my hotel.
I set my 4 hours interval and tap 5 times a day which keeps me ahead of the event calendar, 2 out of 5 are morning and evening, 1 for the lunch break, that means I only need to take 2 toilet / smoking / coffee / telephone breaks while I am at work which is practically do-able for my job for most of the time. I rarely tap in between and do not clean out robots or visiting neighbours (sorry neighbours...), the only soruce of event currency for me are the homers team, rockstar maggie, and the polyvac.
Sadly I must say that I am losing my mojo towards TSTO, I started playing it since launch but the back to back events recently are making me so tiring! I would very much like to have at least a month break in between events.
