Emailed ea About it with my account/email/mayhemID and 12 mins later already got a mail back. They gave me the 4k elixir + 400 bonus for trouble. They're still looking for a fix so don't worry. 2nd time i contacted ea and 2nd time they perfectly solved it within an hr!
