- The 60 minute task is alright, but being able to use him as a celebrity for Cecil's tasks is AWESOME. No need to lose a cycle on one of the characters who can generate event currency! :)

Great idea!- He should have a permanent task at the Writers Building. Maybe also one at the hospital to "Get organs harvested."
